I am running Windows XP home edition. Can I reformat my hard drive without entering the bios? Please help, this notebook is running very slow and sometimes does not want to boot up to windows, not even in safe mode. "HELP"</description>

However I've been unable to use this software to watch anything and the pop up ads are really becoming a problem.  I tried to delete the program from my C: drive but it won't let me.  It keeps saying it's in use when it's not.  I can't even delete the short cut for it on my tool bar.</description>
